Dr. Alex Marginean is a board-certified cardiologist and internist with a specialized area of focus in advanced imaging techniques (computed tomography, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and vascular imaging).
Having worked both in academics and in the community setting, Dr. Marginean has a plethora of experience ranging from office-based care to complex critical care. This experience allows him to understand a variety of patient problems and their impact on patient health and well-being.
Dr. Marginean received his MD from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and his MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. He aims to merge his knowledge of healthcare and business to deliver cost-effective, patient-focused healthcare solutions.

Mark Samora is a dedicated Trauma Nurse Specialist with 17 years of experience in the hospital setting in units including the Emergency Department, Surgical Trauma ICU, and Critical Care Flight Transport Team. Mark spent nearly 2 years on the inpatient Skin Care Team. Pursuing certification as a wound, ostomy, and continence nurse underscores his commitment to continuous growth and exceptional patient care.
Mark played pivotal roles in refining trauma protocols at the University of Chicago Hospital and showed remarkable adaptability as an Assistant Manager during a crucial department transition. His extensive experience has fueled a passion for providing exceptional care to diverse patient demographics, often encountered in home healthcare settings.
More than a nurse, Mark embodies positivity and inspiration, motivating his colleagues to excel with his upbeat outlook and strong work ethic. Inspired by his loving family—his wife and four children—Mark is dedicated to making a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.
In his cherished moments of leisure, Mark finds joy in simple pleasures—raising his children, quality time with his spouse, and immersing himself in the beauty of the outdoors.

Mike is a healthcare professional with a career spanning back to 2005, beginning at the University of Chicago Hospital in Cardiac Telemetry. He gained additional medical skills through the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) and spent the next 14 years refining his skills in the intense situations of the Emergency Room (ER) and Trauma units. Along this journey, Mike demonstrated an unwavering dedication to patient care, acquiring certifications in Trauma Nursing (TNS) and Wound Care, and earning the prestigious title of ER Nurse of the Year three times.
Influencing medical protocols and paving the way for enhanced patient outcomes, Mike's contributions in the inaugural trauma team at the University of Chicago Hospital remain notable. He has since showcased his versatility across various healthcare roles, including Cardiac ICU at Loyola, Advent Health Lagrange Hospital’s Wound Care Center, and presently, the Emergency Department at Jesse Brown VA.
Guided by faith, family, a strong work ethic, and loyalty, Mike embodies a compassionate and dedicated character, evident in both his professional and personal life. A team player and a leader, he fearlessly challenges the norm to drive positive change in patient care. Fueled by a poignant experience during his grandfather's hospice journey, Mike aspires to revolutionize home healthcare for adults and seniors, epitomizing a compassionate and forward-thinking healthcare professional.

Daniella is a Speech Language Pathologist, beginning her career in 2008. She has gained experience through treating patients in both acute and long-term care settings. Daniella has treated a wide variety of diagnoses including; Stroke, TBI, Neurodegenerative Diseases (i.e. Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis), and Dysphagia. In treating these patients Daniella has provided services targeting; speech-language abilities, executive functioning skills, voicing, breath support/control, oral motor interventions, feeding, and swallowing. She has tailored treatment plans to facilitate maximum gains for each and every patient optimizing the patient's quality of life. Daniella is a member of ASHA ( American Speech and Hearing Association). She utilizes this organization to continuously grow in her field through continuing education courses, access to current journals on Speech Language specific topics, and advancing science in her field.
Daniella is passionate about each and every patient she treats. She has personally experienced loved ones needing Speech-Language services which has furthered her dedication to the field. She is well aware of the impact daily, making it her mission to maximize each patient's quality of life.
Daniella is a wife and mother of three. Family is of the utmost importance to her. She prioritizes family time, spending it in a variety of ways, from outdoor fun to sporting events to Friday night movie nights.
